How does the free consultation work?

It’s pretty simple, really. Just send me an email, and I’ll write back to schedule a time for us to connect on Zoom for about 20 minutes. It’s a chance for us to ask each other questions, get a feel for working together, and see if it feels like a good fit.

What are your fees? Do you accept insurance?

My sliding scale is $90-$150 per session based on your financial circumstances. I do not accept insurance at this time. Insurance does not reimburse for coaching, but I’m happy to discuss payment options and help you find a rate that feels manageable.

What are “telehealth” sessions?

Telehealth refers to sessions conducted by secure video or phone. At this time, I’m offering all sessions remotely, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Do you work with couples or families?

I focus my coaching practice on working with individuals, as my greatest strength lies in the one-to-one relationship that develops through this work. While I’m not currently accepting couples or family clients, relationship coaching is a common focus in individual sessions.

How frequent are sessions?

How often we meet is entirely up to you. I offer both short-term and longer-term options, depending on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Some people appreciate having a regular time set aside to focus on their personal growth and emotional well-being, while others prefer coaching support during specific transitions or choose to schedule sessions on an as-needed basis.
